1 Your debt is referred to us
We work with all kinds of organisations like banks, water utilities, energy companies and government. Often these organisations don’t have the time, systems or resources to contact you about your overdue account – which is why they ask for our help.
2 We’ll attempt to contact you
In the first instance, we’ll try to get in touch using digital means (email, SMS, WhatsApp) at a time that’s most convenient to you. We might also try to contact you over the phone or by sending you a letter.
3 We’ll work through your options with you
We’ll be as clear as we can about what options are available to you based on your individual circumstances. We know everyone’s different and so we’ll work with you to find the best way to get you back on track.
Our purpose is to provideto resolve debt.
We’ll treat you with honesty and respect and we’ll expect the same in return. We’ll be upfront about what’s expected from you, and we’ll give you every opportunity to resolve your debt in a way that’s fair and reasonable to all parties.
We won’t ask you to enter into an arrangement that you can’t afford, and we’ll provide clear and impartial advice at every step along the way.

I can’t tell you how much anxiety and stress your email has lifted on hearing the decision of your team in the Financial Hardship section of ARMA Group.
