ARMA Group Holdings Pty Ltd (ARMA) is a 100% Australian-based customer service company that helps organisations, and their customers resolve their outstanding debt challenges. We specialise in improving the financial wellbeing of individuals and businesses around Australia and around the world.

We’re a company on a mission to change the way people can resolve their financial challenges.

But more than that, we’re people, like you, who want to find positive outcomes from sometimes difficult situations.

We’re people who, at some point, have been on both sides of the ledger – we’ve owed money and we’ve been owed money. And we know that it can be a stressful experience.

How it works

1 Your debt is referred to us

We work with all kinds of organisations like banks, water utilities, energy companies and government. Often these organisations don’t have the time, systems or resources to contact you about your overdue account – which is why they ask for our help.

2 We’ll attempt to contact you

In the first instance, we’ll try to get in touch using digital means (email, SMS, WhatsApp) at a time that’s most convenient to you. We might also try to contact you over the phone or by sending you a letter.

3 We’ll work through your options with you

We’ll be as clear as we can about what options are available to you based on your individual circumstances. We know everyone’s different and so we’ll work with you to find the best way to get you back on track.

Our purpose is to provide better ways to resolve debt.

We’ll treat you with honesty and respect and we’ll expect the same in return. We’ll be upfront about what’s expected from you, and we’ll give you every opportunity to resolve your debt in a way that’s fair and reasonable to all parties.

We won’t ask you to enter into an arrangement that you can’t afford, and we’ll provide clear and impartial advice at every step along the way.
